Snow Removal
Rest easy this winter and let us take care of the snow
Specializing in Residential Snow Removal
Our customers enjoy the same high service standards that most other companies only reserve for commercial accounts.
Take a look at our many benefits:
We automatically snow blow your driveway after every storm of 2" or more.
We provide constant updates of our progress via our Facebook Page, to keep you informed.
We use snow blowers so we will not drive on or ruin your lawn like some other contractors who use snow plows.
We will provide you with a safer driveway without leaving any snow piles that could block your vision of the road.
Our seasonal service contracts covers any snow event between November 1st and April 30th, no matter how often it snows.
We work around the clock to provide you with timely service throughout the season.
We offer 1" as well as 2" snow removal trigger options to tailor your specific needs.
Snow Routes
We offer two snow routes within the Alexandria lakes area. Our primary route is within the city limits of Alexandria providing snow removal to those driveways the same day as the snow event. Our secondary route reaches out along the north side of Lake Latoka, east side of Lake Brophy, Lake Cowdrey, Lake Darling, south side of Lake Carlos, Lake Le Homme Dieu, west side of Lake Geneva, and the west side of Lake Victoria. The driveways on our secondary route are cleared after our primary route is finished, which can be up to two or three days after the snow event.
Second Day Route
Our secondary snow route is designed for residential driveways that do not need same day snow removal service. Often times these are cabins along the lake. We get to these driveways as soon as we can once our same day route is finished. This could be up to two to three days following the snow event.

Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you provide service too?
We provide service to residential driveways within the Alexandria city limits on our same day route.
Our second day route extends out to include many residential driveways along the chain of lakes.
What is the minimum amount of snow to fall before you provide service?
Our minimum snowfall amount is 1″ or 2″ depending on whichever service plan you would prefer. Any time it snows that amount or more at once, we will automatically provide service. 2" is our most typical snowfall amount trigger.
What are the rates of your services?
Our pricing is based off of your driveways size in square footage so please reach out for an accurate estimate.
How do I know if we have received enough snow for you guys to go out?
We post snow removal updates on our Facebook page every time it snows. If you do not have Facebook, you can reference the Facebook updates on the bottom of our website's home page.
Do you have a seasonal snowfall limit?
No. We provide service no matter how many times it snows throughout the winter.
How close do you get to my garage door?
This varies on each operator but we do try to get as close as we can. Typically, we stay about 1' away from doors and buildings and about 2' away from any parked vehicles or other obstructions.
Do you offer shoveling services?
No. In order to provide fast and efficient service, we only focus on driveway service. Our tractors typically stay away 6-12 inches from doors and other objects, leaving very little to shovel.
Will my driveway be cleared by 7AM?
We cannot guarantee this due to our timing being dependent on when it starts to snow. We constantly monitor the snowfall conditions and begin clearing when the snowfall has moved out of the area. We may be on your property at any hour of the day or night. Obviously, the later the snow stops the later we start.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, credit cards, or cash.
I have a paver driveway, can you provide service for me?
Yes. We do have a steel cutting edge on our snowblowers and cannot guarantee that we will not scratch it. We are not responsible for any damage caused to your driveway due to our equipment.
My driveway is gravel. Can you provide service for me?
Yes. We typically like to have a base of snow built up so that we do not have to worry about picking up any of the gravel. We are not responsible for any damage caused to your driveway or for throwing rocks into the lawn due to our equipment.
Do we have to provide our own driveway markers?
No. We typically stake out our driveways around the first of November and then remove them around the middle of April, weather depending. Please do not throw the markers or stakes away. If you would like to remove them yourself prior to April we ask that you kindly place them next to your garage and we will pick them up when we arrive.
If I am at the end of the route, does that mean I will get poor service?
No, the service is the same for all of our customers, only the timing is different. We try to run our routes in the most efficient way possible and equal priority is given to everyone.
Do you spread salt on the driveway if it gets icy?
No. In the event of freeze/thaw temperatures, freezing rain, or sleet, it is the homeowners responsibility to apply salt or other forms of de-icers.
Your equipment looks big! Will it damage my driveway or grass?
No. The tractor and blower will not crack your asphalt, concrete, or pavers. The weight of the machine is evenly distributed over its tires, so there is less ground pressure being applied to your driveway than compared to your own vehicle! Additionally, driveway markers are installed on the edges of your driveway to identify the boundaries of the driveway so that the drivers do not drive on your grass!
Do you clean out drifts even if it has not snowed?
No. Snow Removal performed due to drifting is not included in any seasonal contract. If you would us to make a trip to clean out any drifts, feel free to contact us, however, there will be an additional cost associated with it.
Is there a problem if a car is parked on my driveway?
No, our drivers are trained to work around them. However we will not clear the areas inaccessible because of the car. If you expect to have a car on the driveway when we arrive we recommend that you make sure to place it as close to the top and side of the driveway as possible to allow the driver maximum accessibility, or to move it onto the street if possible. One thing to remember is that if a car is blocking your driveway and we are unable to service the drive, if you want us to make a return trip after the car is moved there will be an additional cost.
*Please note, for the sake of efficiency, our drivers do not get out of their tractors and knock on your door to get you to move your vehicle(s). Our drivers also can not wait for you to move your vehicle if you try to run out while we are there.
What is your repair policy?
Our drivers are required to report any damages caused to your property and the homeowner will be notified in a quick manner. We will attempt to repair any damage after we have completed moving snow for that event. If it has to be repaired in the spring, we will do so at that time.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have insurance to cover all aspects of our businesses operation.
